Repetitive Motion
Rolling dozens of hoses after every call takes a physical toll that compounds over a career.
Built by a firefighter who knew there had to be a better way. Reelix helps firefighters roll hose faster, reduce strain, and simplify post-incident cleanup.
For decades, firefighters have used the same manual process to roll and store hose after every call. It's slow, exhausting, and completely avoidable.
Rolling dozens of hoses after every call takes a physical toll that compounds over a career.
A task that should take minutes stretches into a significant drain on post-call operations.
Manual hose rolling stresses wrists, backs, and knees — injuries that sideline good firefighters.
The fire service has modernized nearly everything. Hose cleanup has been frozen in time.
"Every department is dealing with this.
Nobody's solved it. Until now."
Watch how Reelix turns a time-consuming, physically demanding task into a single-person operation that takes a fraction of the time.
Reelix is a purpose-built hose-rolling tool that modernizes the cleanup process. Instead of manual rolling, Reelix does the work — faster, cleaner, and with dramatically less physical effort.
Roll hose in a fraction of the time. Get your crew back in service quicker and reduce post-incident turnaround.

Modernize a process that hasn't changed in decades. Reelix is the first purpose-built solution for professional hose cleanup.
Blake Loring didn't set out to build a company. He set out to solve a problem he lived with every shift. As a firefighter, he spent years doing exactly what every other crew does after an incident — manually rolling hose, over and over, in all conditions.
On one of his first days on the job, he finished cleanup and thought: "There has to be a better way." That thought didn't go away.
He built an early prototype from a PVC pipe — a rough, practical experiment to test the concept. It worked better than expected. What started as a quick test evolved into a serious pursuit: a purpose-built tool designed to do the job right.
"I didn't build this for investors. I built it because I knew what my crew needed, and it didn't exist."
Every great tool starts with a problem that won't let go.
Reelix isn't just another tool. It's a better way to think about firefighter efficiency, safety, and long-term health. The fire service deserves equipment that keeps pace with the demands of the job — and the people doing it deserve better than a decades-old process.
